Heriberto Navarro was raised in Hunt, Texas and worked with his father in the family business since he was 12 years old. He juggled school and work from early on for many years. He graduated from Ingram Highschool in 2005. While in Elementary, Middle, and high school he received perfect attendance awards every year. He never missed school! Upon graduating he attended ITT Tech and pursued an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Drafting and Design Technology. Heriberto is passionate about drafting and plans to further educate himself in the near future.

In 2015 he took over the family business and named it H&N Construction. H&N Construction provided masonry, tile, stucco, concrete and grading services for the Kerrville, Hunt, and Ingram areas.

Fast forward to May of 2017 when Heriberto decided to join forces with his brother Hector Navarro and created Complete Outdoor Development, LLC., which focuses on Commercial Concrete Construction and Commercial Landscaping services.

On his spare time, he loves taking his kids to the river or beach and loves watching sports.
