Heriberto Navarro was raised in Hunt, Texas, where he began working alongside his father in the family business at the young age of 12. Balancing school and work throughout his youth, Heriberto demonstrated a strong work ethic early on. He graduated from Ingram High School in 2005, achieving perfect attendance every single year from elementary through high school — a testament to his dedication and perseverance.

Following graduation, Heriberto attended ITT Technical Institute, where he earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Drafting and Design Technology. With a strong passion for drafting, he plans to continue his education and expand his expertise in the field.

In 2015, Heriberto took over the family business and rebranded it as H&N Construction, offering services in masonry, tile, stucco, concrete, and grading across the Kerrville, Hunt, and Ingram areas.

In May 2017, he joined forces with his brother, Hector Navarro, to establish Complete Outdoor Development, LLC, a company specializing in commercial concrete construction and commercial landscaping services.

When he’s not at work, Heriberto enjoys spending time with his children at the river or beach and is an avid sports fan.
